Doug Marrone, Another Option For Steelers OL Coach, Reportedly Heading Back To NFL – But Where?

Here is what we know as of now about the Pittsburgh Steelers’ situation at the offensive line coach position: they don’t have one. Both their offensive line coach from last season and his assistant have already departed, so unless they move a coach from another position altogether, they will have to hire from the outside.

Here’s what else we know: former Steelers offensive line coach Mike Munchak just watched his current employer, the Denver Broncos, hire somebody else to be their offensive line coach. So either he will have a title change or a pink sleep.

Another thing we know: longtime NFL offensive line coach Doug Marrone, who spent last season coaching Alabama’s offensive line, is reported to have parted with the team because he is expected to be returning to the NFL, according to multiple sources, including ESPN.
