James Harrison’s meeting with NFL investigators came and went Thursday morning, but no one from either side spoke about what took place.
Harrison acquiesced and granted the NFL an interview after the league threatened to suspend him. Harrison’s name was mentioned in a January Al Jazeera America report about performance-enhancing drugs in the NFL.
The NFL has been investigating the players named in the report even though the main source in the report recanted his story quickly after the report was published. Peyton Manning, who retired in February, was the player most prominently mentioned in the report.
