Wilfredo Boscan has evidently accepted his outright assignment and will start for Indianapolis tonight.

The Pirates designated Boscan for assignment when the Indians rescinded their waiver claim on Deolis Guerra last week. The Bucs have promoted Boscan three times this year, but he hasn't yet pitched in the majors, and it isn't hard to imagine scenarios in which he never gets to do so -- he's 25 and has middling numbers at Indianapolis, with a 3.
