Meadows and Weiss Named to FSL All-Star Team

The Florida State League named their End-of-Season All-Stars on Thursday afternoon and two players from the Bradenton Marauders were named to the team. Center fielder Austin Meadows and second baseman Erich Weiss were both recognized for their play during the 2015 season. Both players have already been promoted to Altoona, with Meadows collecting two hits in his debut on Wednesday night.

Meadows leads the FSL with 156 hits, and should have a big enough lead to hold on to first place with just four games left. He hit .309/.358/.408 in 122 games, with 22 doubles, four triples, seven homers and 20 stolen bases.
