Bradenton Marauders left-handed pitcher Brandon Waddell has been promoted to Altoona, and will start for the Curve on Wednesday. Fellow left-hander Stephen Tarpley is returning to the Bradenton rotation this week, and to make room, the Pirates are moving Waddell up.
