Pirates News: Pittsburgh Shifts Start Times For Five Home Games At PNC Park

The Pittsburgh Pirates have shifted times on five of their 81 home games at PNC Park for the 2015 MLB season, along with rescheduling two fireworks nights as the team alters its schedule to accommodate national broadcasts.

Both the July 11th (7:15pm) and July 12th (8pm) games against the St. Louis Cardinals were moved for FOX and ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball respectively to showcase what are likely to be tense (and fun) midsummer division showdowns.

The Pirates will also shift August 8th (vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers) and August 22nd (vs. the San Francisco Giants) to 4:05 pm so that FOX Sports 1 can carry both games.

Finally on the rescheduling front, the Pirates' season finale against the Cincinnati Reds on October 4th has been moved to 3:05pm.

As a result of all the shifting, two fireworks nights have been rescheduled to June 24 and October 3, while August 8th's fireworks spectacular will be replaced by a "Fan Jam" concert with an artist to be named by the team later.
