Johnstown has been declared the first-ever "Kraft Hockeyville, USA" after winning a nationwide competition.
Its payoff is $150,000 worth of upgrades to the Cambria County War Memorial Arena and a preseason game between the Penguins and Tampa Bay there Sept. 29.
The money will be used to upgrade the ice-making machinery and scoredboard at the War Memorial.
Johnstown beat Decatur, Ill., in the final of the competition.
