The heart of the Pittsburgh Panthers defense from last season finally has a new home. Linebacker SirVocea Dennis was selected 153rd overall in the 5th round of the NFL draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Dennis joins Calijah Kancey who was the Buccaneer’s first-round pick.

Dennis was a standard of development for the Pittsburgh Panthers throughout his college career. Dennis joined Pitt as a two-star recruit out of Syracuse, New York, from the 2019 class.
