Pitt DB Erick Hallett II selected 208th overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars

The Pittsburgh Panthers have another player going to Florida to play professional football. Safety Erick Hallett II has been selected in the 6th round at pick 208 by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Hallett II is the 5th Panther to be selected in the 2023 draft (6th if you want to count Jordan Addison).

In 2022, Hallett was named a second-team All-American by the Football Writers Association of America and a semifinalist for the Jim Thorpe Award, given annually to the best safety in college football and was selected to the second team All-ACC.
