Suns’ Offense Fades In Loss To The Spurs

The Suns (7-7) never really got into a rhythm against the Spurs (11-3) and seemed like they were about one step behind the Spurs offensively, as the Spurs mostly held a double digit lead during the game.

While the Suns weren’t terrible shooting the ball (46.6%), they did themselves no favors by committing 28 turnovers tonight, eight coming from Brandon Knight and six coming from Markieff Morris. Even though Eric Bledsoe was out tonight with a sore knee, 28 turnovers is simply unacceptable.

Hard to win a game with 25 turnovers. #Suns not exactly putting themselves in position to be successful against a good team

Phoenix fell behind with a 44-34 halftime deficit and could not quite claw its way back into the game despite trailing just 67-60 at the end of the third quarter.
