Brad Lidge knows a thing or two about playing in the city of Philadelphia. He helped carry his 2008 Phillies team to a World Series and is now looking to pass that knowledge and experience onto the next generation of Philadelphia champions.
Working as a special instructor in Clearwater Lidge is primarily focused on developing the bullpen arms. Jeanmar Gomez, Hector Neris, and Edubray Ramos are soaking it all in when Philadelphia’s perfect closer is out on the field working with them.
Meanwhile, Lidge admitted to missing the game and sees a lot of talent coming through the organization.
