Lefty bat Moss would fill need in right field

Philadelphia has been in the market for a hitter for some time, but the club has been patient because it is not opposed to providing an opportunity for rookie Roman Quinn in right field. But the Phillies also know the Majors' worst offense in 2016 needs help, and Quinn cannot be counted upon to stay healthy. So they have been following free-agent outfielders Brandon Moss and Michael Saunders, and potential trade partners like the Mets, who could flip Jay Bruce.

The best bet here is the Phillies nab Moss, assuming he can be signed to a one-year contract.
