Down on the Phillies Pharm: Reading Walks Off Again

David Buchanan allowed six runs (five earned) in five innings as he took the loss for Lehigh Valley. The one time Phillie walked two, struck out two, and also gave up a three run home run with two outs late in his outing.

The bullpen produced three one hit innings, courtesy of Michael Mariot, Luis Garcia, and Bobby Lafromboise.

Top prospect J.P. Crawford continued to struggle at the plate as he went 1-4 with a strikeout. His batting average has dropped to .200 since joining the Triple-A club earlier this month.

Nick Williams managed a double while striking out twice and scoring a run.
