Jake Voracek and Wayne Simmonds summed up the general feeling in the locker room quite efficiently when it came to the team’s reaction regarding the lack of supplemental discipline to former Flyer Zac Rinaldo for his hit on Sean Couturier Wednesday night in Boston.
“We’ve got bigger fish to fry here,” Simmonds said. “We’ve got a game tomorrow night against the New York Rangers. We’re not dwelling on what happened in Boston the other night. We won the game, got two points. We’re looking ahead.”
Said Voracek: “We have to focus tomorrow, we have the Rangers.
