Philadelphia Eagles Are (Miraculously) Only A Game Behind In The NFC East Race

You read that right.

The Philadelphia Eagles, even after being humiliated against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and on a nationally televised Turkey Day special against the Detroit Lions in consecutive weeks, are somehow still alive in the NFC East race.

The 4-6 Washington Redskins took on the 5-5 New York Giants Sunday and were able to pull out the win in a game that, frankly, was a lot closer than it should have been. In the fourth quarter, the Redskins had a commanding 20-0 lead, but then Giants QB Eli Manning realized that he was playing a game of football and decided to start throwing darts.
