Training Camp is just a few days away for the Philadelphia Eagles, which means it’s almost time to get emotionally attached to long shots and underdogs. There’s something so exciting about finding a player that everyone else is overlooking and watching on as he shines in preseason and fights for a roster spot. With that in mind, here are a few of my personal favorites over the past six years.

This man will forever have my heart. After reaching out to a couple of his former CFL coaches and watching his play for the Edmonton Eskimos, I was convinced he’d shine in Philadelphia.
