There are a few announcer calls that live in my head rent free. Harry Kalas calling the final strike of the 2008 World Series, the ending to the 2005 Wisconsin/Minnesota game “oh he fumbled it...IT’S BLOCKED!”, and The Miracle at The New Meadowlands call from Joe Buck “DeSean Jackson...GETS A BLOCK!” will be rattling around in my brain long after I’ve forgotten all of my loved ones’ birthdays.
