Where does Chip Kelly rank among 32 NFL head coaches? That's the question Elliot Harrison of NFL.com answered in his annual head coach rankings.
Harrison has Kelly ranked 13th overall, which is five spots better than where he had Kelly ranked last offseason. Here's what Harrison had to say:
"After talking to people around the NFL Media offices and perusing the various opinions in the social media universe, it would seem there are legions of people out there who would take Kelly as their head coach in a second. No relatively new coach has received the kind of pub Kelly has over the last two years.
