If we have learned one thing about Chip Kelly since he took over as the personnel boss for the Philadelphia Eagles, it’s that he’s willing to part with any player on the roster.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a franchise quarterback, one of the best running backs in the NFL, an All-Pro center, or a draft bust, everybody can be moved.
If we have learned two things, it’s that Kelly loves him some ducks.
Now the word on the street is he’s looking to move last year’s number one pick for another one…
