That Graham was close to becoming a New York Giant this past March, as close as you can be without applying a signature to a contract, is positively astounding. On March 11, the second day of free agency, the Eagles managed to lure Graham back into the nest with a four-year, $26M deal in which just over half of the money is guaranteed.
