If the Sixers are going to be molded from young, talented players into a cohesive unit that begins to win basketball games, teaching moments will be crucial.
That goes for both on-court and off-court lessons.
On Monday night, before heading down to training camp headquarters to begin the grind of the 2016-2017 season, Sixers players were treated to a preseason tip-off dinner at One Liberty Observation Deck in Center City. An unexpected guest took part in the meal with the team: Sixers part owner and famous actor Will Smith.
