The Sixers announced Friday, that rookie guard Zhaire Smith has been cleared for full weight bearing on his left foot. An acute Jones fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone occurred on August 6th. He successfully had surgery a few days later on August 9th, and is expected to be fully recovered to rejoin the team and play by mid-to-late December.
Leading up to the 2018 NBA Draft, the predictions were in that the Sixers would select the home grown Mikal Bridges out of Villanova University.
