When the Sixers first officially announced that Markelle Fultz was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome, the press release delivering the message also stated that Fultz would be “out indefinitely.” So this newest update (I’m using ‘update’ generously here) in and of itself does not at all mean that Fultz is nearly cleared to play or anything along those lines, but.
