76ers-Wizards Best/Worst: Bradley Beal, Robert Covington and second-quarter explosion

Here are some of my best and worst performances from the 76ers ’ 120-112 victory over the Washington Wizards Friday night at the Wells Fargo Center:

Best performance: This goes to Bradley Beal even on a losing night. The Wizards shooting guard finished with a game-high 40 points, four rebounds and two steals. Seventeen of his points came on 6-for-8 shooting in the third quarter.

Worst performance: I have to give this to Bojan Bogdanovic. The reserve forward missed four of his five shots in his first game as a Wizard after being acquired in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets.
