College basketball owns the month of March. Seemingly everyone makes a bracket, picking teams to root for until that first-round upset destroys their bracket.
But basketball is not the only college sport set to begin its most exciting time in the coming days.
The NCAA championships for women’s swimming begin this week and Penn State has six individuals and four relay teams that will participate. Seniors Alyson Ackman and Melissa Rodriguez, both making their fourth appearances at the NCAA championships, highlight the list of Nittany Lions that will head to Atlanta, Georgia to compete from Wednesday to Saturday.
