Penn State vs. Georgia Position Games

Penn State ended its2015 campaign Saturday afternoon with a 24-17 loss to Georgia in the Taxslayer Bowl. Georgia was up 24-3 late in the 3rd quarter when Penn State could have easily given up and let the Bulldogs roll, however the Nittany Lions wouldn’t quit and scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to make it a ball game. Their effort came up just short when Trace McSorley’s last gasp pass fell incomplete.

James Franklin and company ended the year on a four-game losing streak. It was a tough year two for Franklin with a loss to Temple in the opener, no “signature” wins, and a lot of discontent within the fan base.
