Penn State frat member's lawyers seek more evidence in Kappa Delta Rho house

Lawyers for a former Penn State University fraternity member suing the Greek organization and school alleging a pattern of "barbaric" hazing and sexual assault intend to bring a forensic team into the Kappa Delta Rho house seeking evidence.

In a statement today, the law firm representing Anthony Vivenzio said it plans on Sept. 10 to conduct a basement-to-attic inspection of the home at 420 East Prospect Ave. in State College, just off the main campus.
