Penn State CB Trevor Williams Signs With San Diego

Although the 2016 NFL Draft is complete, teams are just getting started filling their rosters with the best undrafted talent from college football. The undrafted free agent signing period has opened and it didn’t take long for a former Nittany Lion to find a new home. Cornerback Trevor Williams signed a free agent contract with the San Diego Chargers not long after the draft ended.

Williams began his Penn State career as a wide receiver and on special teams. He caught 10 passes for 97 yards and averaged 19.8 yards per kickoff return as a freshman in 2012.
