It was a centennial moment for one Penn State wrestler this weekend.
Senior Morgan McIntosh collected his 100th career win in a blue and white singlet, as the Nittany Lions (10-0, 5-0 Big Ten) blew out Northwestern (1-7, 0-3 Big Ten) 46-4 on Sunday in Evanston, Illinois.
Penn State won nine of 10 bouts with three pins and one tech fall and notched a 28 take downs to the Wildcats’ two for the meet.
“I think that comes from the head coach [Cael Sanderson]. He preaches who cares if you make mistakes,” assistant coach Casey Cunningham said in an interview with GoPSU Radio.
