From Happy Valley to Harrisburg: Penn State athletics visit state capitol

Success on the field has brought many of Penn State's top athletes and coaches to Harrisburg.

No, James Franklin isn't running for governor. Instead, the fourth-year football coach, along with a few other Penn State conference winning coaches, brought his team to the state capitol for a visit with Pennsylvania State Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman.

Through Twitter posts, the Daily Collegian can confirm both men's hockey coach Guy Gadowsky and wrestling coach Cael Sanderson brought representatives from their programs to the capitol.
