Penn State is making the most of its win over Ohio State and race to the Big Ten Championship Game. The Nittany Lions were already off to a terrific start in 2018 with ESPN Junior 300 No. 8 Micah Parsons on board, along with fellow ESPN Jr. 300 receiver Justin Shorter, but James Franklin and staff hit it out of the park in the last week reeling in tight end Zack Kuntz before landing ESPN Jr. 300 quarterback and the possible future signal caller of the program Justin Fields on Thursday.
