While standouts Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen stayed on the sidelines for Saturday’s Blue-White Game, Penn State fans got a glimpse of the future at running back. Incoming freshman Quinton Martin was impressive for team White, picking up 34 yards on six carries and two of the game’s three touchdowns. One of Pennsylvania’s top recruits in the 2024 cycle, Martin made a solid case to be in the running back rotation for the season opener. Additionally, redshirt freshman Cam Wallace rushed seven times for 36 yards. Penn State should have four quality options at running back for the 2024 season.
