STOCKTON, Calif. - A trio of past and present Pacific men's tennis stars have made headlines this week as Tadiwa Chinamo and Akram El Sallaly begin tournament competition in singles and doubles play tomorrow in Zimbabwe. Additionally, Tiger alumnus Sem Verbeek, '16, earned an impressive ATP doubles ranking of #291 after winning this third-straight tournament in Singapore this past week.
Chinamo, a Zimbabwe native, will be competing against Thales Turini tomorrow at center court in the first round of the Zimbabwe F2 Futures Tournament, which begins June 20th and wraps up on the 25th.
