Tigers denied win in heartbreaking overtime loss

Spokane, Wash. – Three goals were not enough for the Pacific women's soccer team as the fell to the Gonzaga Bulldogs 4-3 in overtime. The loss drops the Tigers to 1-12-1 on the year, 1-5 in WCC play and brings the Bulldogs to 6-7-2, 2-4 in conference action.

Pacific got on the board first in the eleventh minute as Sigrid Aas drew a foul in the box resulting in a penalty kick which Samia Adam lined up for. Adam, who was looking for her second goal this season, fired it past the diving goalie to give the Tigers the 1-0 lead.
