STOCKTON - In the scorebook, Pacific women's basketball player Najah Queenland is credited with two assists in a 63-60 West Coast Conference victory over USF on Saturday at Spanos Center.

Unofficially, she had three because it was Queenland who provided Desire Finnie with the intel that allowed Finnie to steal the ball and score the game-winning layup amid Pacific's 13-1 run to end the game.

Finnie received a big hug from Queenland after the game and lots of praise - not just for delivering, but for listening to her teammate.

"I'm so proud of Desire on her steal because I told her the play before, 'Desire, look to go steal the ball because I'm going to trap on the first pass.
