Vince Arobio, one of the Pacific baseball team’s most productive relief pitchers in program history, and Danny Mayer, one of its top power hitters all-time, are both going pro.
The right-handed closer Arobio was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 24th round, and the slugging outfielder Mayer was grabbed in the 31st round by the Philadephia Phillies in the MLB Draft on Wednesday.
