The Delta College basketball teams host its conference home openers today.
The Mustangs meet Modesto Junior College in a doubleheader at Blanchard Gymnasium. The men’s game is at 5:30 p.m. and the women play at 7:30 p.m.
The Delta men (8-5, 0-1 Big 8 Conference) lost its league opener at Santa Rosa 101-95 on Dec. 21. The Pirates (4-8, 0-0) will be playing their first Big 8 game of the season.
The Delta women (10-3, 1-0) beat Santa Rosa 76-63. The Pirates are 2-7, 0-0.
