#5 Men's Water Polo Faces #9 Pepperdine At Home Friday

STOCKTON, Calif. - The No. 5 Pacific men's water polo team is back in action on Friday when the Tigers play host to No. 9 Pepperdine at 7 p.m. at Chris Kjeldsen Pool in Golden Coast Conference action.

The Tigers are 13-3 overall and 2-0 in GCC action following last week's 11-5 smothering of No. 6 UC Irvine. The Tigers held the Anteaters to just two goals in 6-on-6 play and built a 9-2 halftime lead allowing Pacific to cruise. Goalie John Hedges posted 14 saves with four steals to spearhead Pacific's defensive effort. He also added three assist as the Tigers offense received four goals from Engin Ege Colak, while Kale Ai and Luke Pavillard each scored twice.
