It was a long summer for Bobby Ryan but he hopes he's coming back hot.
As the Senators winger arrived for the start of training camp with medicals Thursday at the Canadian Tire Centre, he's ready to turn the page on a scoring drought last spring that saw him pot only one goal in the last 20 games of the season.
If anybody thought the 28-year-old Ryan would rather just forget what happened to him last spring and move on, they're right -- but he did spend part of the off-season trying to find the answers by watching those Ottawa games on tape so he try to avoid another slump.
