How could the Tampa Bay Lightning coach not start Ben Bishop in goal against the Senators?
Surely he knew Bishop has been near flawless against his old team, compiling a 9-0-3 record. In other words, he owns the Senators without having to pay their bills.
Why would Cooper start Andrei Vasilevskiy and leave Bishop on the bench?
Had he gone mad?
