Kenneth Faried feasted on the Kings' frontcourt during Sunday's home victory, racking up a season-high 30 points on 12-of-14 FGs and 6-of-8 FTs with seven rebounds and three steals.
Melvin Hunt let Faried play through foul trouble and he's been terrific for fantasy owners in six April games, averaging 16.4 points, 10.0 rebounds and 0.6 blocks. Even better, the Manimal has made a combined 24-of-28 free throws during that span (85.7 percent), a far cry from his 65.4 percent career average. We'll keep an eye on his FT shooting during next year's preseason to determine whether this is a trend or a mirage.
