The NBA Draft Lottery, scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th, at 8:30 PM Eastern/5:30 Pacific, will determine the order in which the 14 teams who did not make the postseason will select in June's NBA Draft. The event will be shown on ESPN prior to the tip of of the Western Conference Finals.
The Orlando Magic finished the 2014/15 season with a 25-57 record, the fifth worst in the NBA. As a result of their struggles, the Magic will come into the lottery with the fifth best odds -- more specifically an 8.9 percent chance -- of being awarded the first overall pick.
