WALNUT CREEK, Calif. –Ashlee Pickerell and Hannah Swanson were both named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team and Haley Nist received Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention recognition, Commissioner Larry Scott announced Friday.
Pickerell, a senior from Albany, Ore., earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors for the third consecutive year for her 3.68 cumulative GPA in public health. She was named to the Second Team last year and Honorable Mention in 2014. She played in all eight tournaments this past season and had a scoring average of 75.57 in 23 rounds, the eighth-best single-season scoring average in Oregon State history.
