Michael Oher now gives the movie "The Blind Side" a thumbs-up.
"It's a great story," Oher told espn.com. "It's helped so many people across the world. It inspired so many people. You'd be surprised how many letters I've gotten, people have adopted kids or how many lives have changed."
The 2009 movie, starring Sandra Bullock, is based on Oher's life. The film was a critical and box office success, earning Bullock Academy and Golden Globe Awards for her portrayal as the mother of the family that adopted Oher.
The Carolina Panthers offensive lineman didn't have the same opinion of the movie last summer.
