CORVALLIS – Frankie Hammoude hit her 11th home run on the season but the Beavers fall to Utah, 6-2, on Friday afternoon in Corvallis.
Hammoude led the team with two hits during the game. Shelby Weeks, Camryn Ybarra, Fallon Molnar, Michelle Sass and Izzy Owen recorded a hit for the Beavers as well.
Utah jumped out to an early lead in the second inning and added another in the third.
Oregon State struck back in the bottom of the third with a single from Sass who was able to advance to second on a throwing error.
