On Wednesday, Oregon State finally dished out a long-awaited offer to Kamaka Hepa (Jefferson HS/Portland, OR), a rising four-star senior forward who is currently ranked as the top basketball recruit in the state of Oregon. Hepa competes during the summer on the Nike circuit for the Portland Basketball Club, the same program in which current Beavers 2018 commit Jack Wilson plays for.

Hepa is a native of Barrow, Alaska, who transferred into Portland’s Jefferson High School before the start of last season.
