CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's rowing team has accepted an invitation to the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships for the fifth straight seasons. Four crews - the Varsity 8, Junior Varsity 8, Third Varsity 8 and Varsity 4+ - will represent the Beavers at the national championship regatta.
"Racing at IRA's is another great opportunity to race with the best teams in the country," head coach Gabe Winkler said. "I'm excited to have three weeks to prepare for our fastest race of the year and after Pac-12's last weekend we know exactly what we need to improve upon.
