The 2017 WinCo Foods Portland Open golf tournament starts Thursday at Pumpkin Ridge with first-round play. You can follow the tournament on our live leaderboard as more than 150 golfers compete for 25 PGA Tour cards that will be handed out Sunday.
Aaron Wise, a former Oregon Ducks standout and the 2016 NCAA men's golf champion, is scheduled to tee off at 7:50 a.m. Thursday. Wise is 18th on the Web.com Tour money list and has already earned his PGA Tour card for the 2017-18 season.
PGA Tour veterans in the field include Robert Allenby, Andrew Svoboda, Jonathan Byrd and Jason Gore.
