Oregon Football: Cornerback Chris Seisay Leaves Football Program

Sometimes when there is a change, things don’t mesh the right way. In shifting from a 3-4 to a 4-3 Defense things can change, as can roles on a team. Chris Seisay was out a good part of last season due to injury, but the main concern about losing the Junior is experience.

According to 247Sports, he was behind Arrion Springs and Malik Lovette in practice and likely would have seen playing time as a backup this season, which with the new Defensive scheme may not have been a bad thing.

Depth on the Defense will now be a question that new Defensive Coordinator Brady Hoke will have to answer for.
