Following a solid performance on Saturday night with a complete game and four strikeouts, Freshman Starter Megan Kleist again entered the circle for the Oregon Ducks on Sunday afternoon for the finale of a three games series with the UCLA Bruins. Oregon used a five hit fifth inning in Game 2 to do just enough to earn the win 6-5 following a disaster on Friday night where nothing appeared to go right for the home team in their new stadium.
Kleist would give up one hit in the first inning. In the bottom of the inning, Oregon would get the Offense going with Nikki Udria and Koral Costa picking up base hits.
